Mr. Capps concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a primary focus on hospital liability and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Capps also has experience handling administrative and regulatory affairs and managed a wide-variety of litigation for government agencies in his former positions as the Deputy Chief Legal Counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Health and Managing Counsel for the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.
Mr. Capps attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was a Merit Scholar, member in the Holloway Inn of Court, and a member on the Oklahoma City University Law Review. He received two CALI Excellence Awards in Civil Procedure II and Financing the Start Up.
